O'Neills Kitchens Returns Policy

To request a return please complete the returns form below, O’Neills Kitchen Supplies Ltd cannot process any uplifts until the returns form has been submitted

Goods No Longer Required

Only products supplied within 28 days may be returned, but please note that a re-stocking charge of 20% (minimum £20 per item) will be applied. All goods returned must be in perfect re-saleable condition and in the original packaging, or a credit note will not be issued. Goods cannot be returned without an uplift note issued by O’Neills Kitchen Supplies Ltd. We reserve the right to return, to the customer, any product which is not as described at the time of request for uplift.

Faulty/Damaged Goods

Faulty/Damaged goods must be returned before a Credit Note is issued. Goods installed or machined in any way confirms your acceptance of their quality and standard. We are subsequently unable to accept the return of these items under any circumstances. 

Prior to installation, damaged items returned must be in the original packaging and must not have been installed or used.

Following installation, faulty goods will only be collected on proof of a manufacturer uplift number.

Damages and shortages must be notified within three days of delivery, in writing. 

Goods must be inspected at the time of delivery, Delivery Notes signed un-checked are unacceptable.

Returns will not be accepted for special orders or non-stock items.
